Disabled Access Visitors

We take the needs of disabled customers very seriously and actively encourage people of all abilities to attend the concerts. We are pleased to offer a complimentary carer ticket for all customers who are either registered disabled or registered blind. Please contact the Ticketmaster Special Access line on 0844 847 1655.

We provide preferential parking, seating areas and toilet facilities and our stewards are always happy to help on the night.

For dedicated parking facilities, please follow the signage on your approach to the concert venue. The car park is located extremely close to the concert arena with easy access to the viewing area once you are inside the ticket gates.

Please note that Premium Parking for the 2011 concerts has sold out.

Furniture Hire

We want to make your concert experience as easy as possible, so why not pre-hire your furniture and collect it on site at your chosen concert. Please note that gazebos have sold out for the 2011 concerts. Please call 01926 642 186 for full details.

Directions

Tatton Park is located 2 miles north of Knutsford and 15 miles south west of Manchester City Centre. Tatton Park is signposted on and from the M6, Junction 19, and M56, Junction 7. Signposted on and from the A556 and A50. Drivers using a Sat Nav are recommended to use the following postcode: WA16 6SG

Rail: Knutsford or Altrincham station, then Taxi or bus. Knutsford entrance is ½ mile walk.

Once inside the park, please follow the directions of stewards at all times. The concert site is 15-20 minutes walk from the main parking area, so we advise that you do not bring too many heavy or bulky items.

Essential Information

• No barbecues, garden flares or lanterns are allowed in the park.
• No dogs (except guide dogs - please take care during the firework displays) are allowed.
• Seating is not provided, so please bring a rug, cushion or a lightweight garden chair.
• Gazebos are not permitted in the arena.
• Non-drivers please ensure that you make prior arrangements for returning home. Taxis should be booked in advance to collect you from the drop off point near the concert site - Rostherne Gate is 1 mile from the concert site, Knutsford Gate 1/2 mile from the concert site.
